POLL - Upgraded episode downloads

The existing downloadable episodes are in AVI format at around 300mb a piece. Over the past few years I've gradually been drawn over to H.264/MP4 files, they can achieve better quality at smaller filesizes. I thought I'd open this out to everyone, AVI files would have higher compatibility, but MP4 files will look better and will be smaller. Maybe we shouldn't have them at all, keep everything on DVD?

To have them in a format that would suit iPad/iPhone/iPod would be my preference

My personal preference would be DVD since I always prefer the highest possible quality (to that end, I guess the source files would be ideal) but of course, unless it's a torrent, that's just not possible.

H264 is the next best thing I guess and to be honest, most players support this format now anyway.

My personal preference would be avi so I can watch store/them on my ps3 without having to walk all the way across my room for the DVD's LMAO

Now that the Gamesmaster upgrades project is just about done, I'll re-encode all the episodes as MP4 or AVI files and see about getting them online. Watch this space folks!

I voted for MP4. Having dowloaded this version I have to say I was surprised that the quality was so good. It looks as though you will be doing AVI anyway but thought i'd say my bit. Great effort man, thanks!
