Help emulating Daphne?

Ive been trying for the past 4 hours to configure this to work but the emulator just refuses to boot the game.

Ive put in the emulator the relevant Rom files for Cobra Command and then put the m2v and ogg files in the vt thingamy folder and used a program to create a fileframe but when I try to load it the game just wont work at all on my xbox. Keeps saying its encountered a error.

Sorted it out in the end. Was missing some small file.
