  Plot: This third installment in the Evil Dead series picks up right where the last one ended. The movie starts with Ash falling out of the vortex in the sky and landing in medieval Europe, which is plagued by the Evil. Ash finds himself taken prisioner, along with Duke Henry, and several of his men,
by King Arthur and his army. The prisioners are to be thrown into a pit which contains several deadites.
The first prisioner lasts but a few seconds before having his blood sprayed all over.
After Ash kills a few demons in the pit,
he gains some respect. The people in the castle start believing that Ash is the
prophesied One. Ash sets Duke Henry and his remaining men free. Then, Ash is sent on a quest to find
the Book of the Dead, because he is told that a spell
contained in it is the only thing that will get him back home to his own time. Ash had been instructed
to speak three words exactly before removing the book, but he forgets the exact words and makes up
something similar, this unleashes the Army of Darkness. Ash and the King Arthur's army fight
against the Army of Darkness, and in the end are victorious. Ash then is to drink a potion and say the three words
again to get back home. Ash once again messes up on the words, after he gets home and back the his
job at S-Mart an evil demon shows up wanting to eat his soul, Ash makes quick work of this demon,
and Army of Darkness ends.
