Details: When Ash kills the deadite woman in the castle, shortly after the whole pit business, he reloads his shotgun and drops the spent shells on the stone floor. Shotgun shells are mostly plastic, and make a dull sound when dropped on hard surfaces, but Ash's shells make the clear ringing sound of brass rifle casings.
