When Ash has retrieved the Necronomicon from the graveyard and has been knocked over by the skeleton arms he starts yelling. A hand then lashes out into his mouth. The lines don't match the mouth movements. The hand actually started inside his mouth and was then pulled out and then the whole thing was played in reverse.
