Hey I just got word that there is a page missing from Toms reproduction of the book that he is selling.
Its suspose to be seen in the opening of Evil Dead as the pages flip by but not in his book. The one with three devil like faces. Is that true?

the replica Tom and I did first is from The EVIL DEAD, the page you describe is from the EVIL DEAD 2 book.

Tom created at least 10 new pages for the ED2 book.

The only page in the book one replica that is not 100% original is the last page with the burning book.

Sam Raimi has or had the original that Tom tore out of the book and gave him when they finished the film.

With help of my trusty frame graber I lifted that page right from the flim and created a transparencie that Tom traced out then repainted to match the original.  I then pasted the new painting on a blank page from the book in Photoshop.

Does Tom have The Book Of The Dead from part two?
Did he draw any of the pages shown in the opening of Hail To The King game? They dont look like his work

I was going to list the last "lost page" on eBay this weekend and start building books again this weekend.

Tom still has three versions of the ED2 BOTD, includeing the book shown in the opening that the page's fill in as they flip by.

I like the two pages in the center of the ED2 book that show Evil Ed and Evil Ash. very nice full face drawings that Tom did based on the KNB make-up designs.

Also Ash can be found all through the ED2 book.  This is because the original work Tom did had been started when ED2 was still being planned as ED2: Army of Darkness.

THQ didn't have Tom do anything on HTTK, but that's a whole 'nother thing.

Question about the lost stunt pages- about 1 to 1-1/2 years ago there was a guy on Ebay who was selling the lost stunt pages which came with a letter of authenticity from Tom. I only seen him sell a couple of the pages before he disappeared- all of a sudden you guys pop up on Ebay selling the same stunt pages.

So, what happened to this other guy and his stunt pages? How many sets of stunt pages exist?

Yeah, we authenticated the pages he found along with another ED2 crew member when they were taking down the cabin set.

They found ten or twelve stunt pages in a trash can where they had been tosed because they had gotton wet.

The guys split the pages between them and the guy was selling a couple of his pages because he'd been hurt and needed money.  Tom and I made up the COA's for him for free so he could prove he had real prop pages from the film.

The pages that Tom has been selling are from the same set of pages,  some of the pages in that set are duplicates of each other but all are hand painted by Tom. I think that there are a total of 20 stunt pages and a set of 20 A-Grade close-up pages.  Tom only had 8 of the stunt pages and decided to sell them since he has all the A-Set.

Any plans on doing a E.D.2 book replica? Thats my favorite version. How about a paperback book edition so the fans who cant aford the 600 or so bucks could get one. Tom could do a book on the special efects of evil dead. With some pics of the stuff from his museum. Heck it would be much cooler than the Evil Dead Companion

Joe Munoz was his name. Very nice guy. I got the "bat page" from him about 8 months ago or so.
By the way, nice work on the COA's Darkage.
