When the evil force is chasing Ash around the cabin, wait until Ash smashes down a blue door. Pause the movie when the door goes halfway down, and you can see there is no roof in the cabin, but the inside of the set that Evil Dead was filmed in. Also, when the evil rushes into the living room and can't find Ash, you can see a person in the upper balcony.
