Details: In the scene where the eyeball pops out of the ghoul's face and the woman swallows it, just as it goes into her mouth, you can see a wire at the end of it that they used to plop the eye straight into her mouth. I've only seen the widescreen version of this film, but I assume it's in the standard version aswell.
