This was a one-day project to replace the green glass in my ED2 table/bankers lamp. I got this from an eBay seller in 2014 for $160 including postage from the US to the UK. It's not an exact match to the screen-used version, but it's the closest I've seen in all the years I've been looking. The base and stem are identical, but the top is a triangular shape on mine, and a cylinder on the screen version. The detailing/filigree is still the same pattern though.
Over the years, the two green glass panes have been damaged. Back when I was making my Evil Dead fanfilm trailer in 2016, I put a 100w bulb in to increase the light in one shot, and it got so hot it shattered the back sheet of glass, and cracked the front. Since then the back sheet has been missing, and the front Sellotaped together. I had thought about going to a glazer and asking them to match the glass as best they could, but since I have the knowledge and materials, I thought I'd make a mould of the one sheet I had, and make plastic replicas. The result is pretty decent. I stuck a sheet of paper on the inside of each plastic sheet just to diffuse the light more.
