*This is a work in progress, likely for a few months, as there's a lot of incomplete or hard to find information*
Who doesn't love action figures, amiright? We all remember the days of the Kenner 3 3/4" Star Wars line, be it the 1977 mail aways, 1999 Phantom Menace line, or the Classic GI Joe range, hell even the rad '90's Ninja Turtle line. It was only a matter of time until our boy in blue got himself a nice little plastic and rubber likeness. To begin with, I'm gonna sort these by Manufacturer, and in a loose chronological order within that. Check back often as there will likely be changes every couple of weeks. This will not be a price guide or a where to buy, as many of the figures listed here are long since out of production, release years and variant information will be included wherever possible, but bootleg and fan made figures will not be. Sally Forth!
NECA
Cult Classics 7" Line
"Medieval Ash" Series 5
The first and I believe ONLY 7" figure of Ash in his classic Army of Darkness look, there are two variants of this figure. The earlier Cult Classics release comes with alternate stretched head, boomstick, necronomicon and a graveyard base, in a clamshell plastic package. The later re-release is missing the graveyard base, and is blister carded on cardback.
"S-Mart Ash" Series 6
Another oddly specific Army of Darkness figure, This one showing Ash in the Theatrical Ending. This is a pretty sizeable figure, including his rifle, an S-Mart water bottle and a full store gondola with blue special light. NECA went all out on this one.
Evil Dead 2 7" Line
"Hero Ash"
A great, bemused look for our ill fated hero. This figure came with his boomstick and the cabin's deer head. Excellent detail and for the first time very articulated. Hell even the deer head is balljointed.
"Deadite Ash"
NECA doubled down on the horror for this one. Lots of muck, a horrifing deadite Ash portrait and some great accessories including a severed deadite Linda head, the tape player and for some reason an AOD necronomicon.
"Farewell to Arms"
Messy, gory and missing a hand, but don't worry, this figure comes with a possessed hand, and also an alternate possessed arm. He also comes with an Axe and his boomstick.
"Henrietta"
The first version of a Henrietta figure we got. This is gory as hell and uses gloss coats to revolting effect. She comes with an alternate "long neck Pee-wee" head and a stand to replicate her levitating look.
"Hero from the Sky"
A SDCC exclusive here, when in reality its a greyscale version of the Hero Ash figure, with a new base. This replicates his look from the very end of ED2. Hail! Hail! Hail!
"Evil Dead 2 Ultimate Ash"
A deluxe version of the "Farewell to Arms" figure, he includes a possessed alternate head, interchangeable right forearms, severed possessed hand, Linda head, Necronomicon, tape recording machine, shotgun and axe accessories. Oddly it doesn't include Ash's signature chainsaw hand.
"30th Anniversary Ash Vs Evil Ed 2 Pack"
Released a year after the 30th Anniversary, This comes with a repackaged Hero Ash figure, with 2 alternate head sculpts, Evil Ed with an alternative head (Able to expose his brain), Deer head, Shot gun, Kandarian Dagger and an opening Necronomicon!
Ash Vs. Evil Dead 7" Line
"Ash WIlliams (Hero)" Series 1
A great first figure from the line. This figure came with chainsaw, shotgun, alternate head and an interchangeable forearm to fit the Power Glove and Gauntlet cuff.
"Ash Williams (Value Stop)" Series 1
Showing Ash in his work uniform from S1Ep01, the Value Stop Ash shows off his wooden hand, and comes with an alternate head and Lil' Lori doll.
"Eligos" Series 1
The Demon of the Mind. This figure has no accessories but fantastic detail and gory as hell paint. a fun unadvertised feature is that he has moveable jaws
"Bloody Ash vs. Demon Spawn (3-Pack)" Series 1
Ash in this set is a repaint of the Standard Hero Ash figure, including his power glove and boom stick, but no alternative head and without the longer "non power cuff" forearm. He is suitably bloodied up to match the end of season 1, and comes with two child Demon spawn. The body sculpt on these figures is the same, but with different heads.
"Ash Williams (Asylum)"
A brand new Ash look needs a brand new Ash figure. Sporting two new headsculpts, and a full new outfit, matching his Ashy Slashy asylum look. This figure also came with his shotgun. An interesting thing to note on this, is the power glove cuff is actually moulded upside down throughout the production run.
"Henrietta"
Everyone's favourite Evil Dead 2 villain came back in full gory form. This figure showcases the slight redesign and more flesh toned look from the TV series, and comes with an interchangable "Long Neck Pee-Wee" head. The body of this figure is a reused mold from the previous Evil Dead 2 Henrietta.
"Demon Spawn"
A very cool rendition of the adult demon spawn from season 2. This figure only comes with alternate heads as an accessory.
"Ultimate Ash vs Evil Dead Ash Williams"
One hell of a figure here. The Ultimate Ash is a collection of a bunch of the Series 1 Ash figure parts. He comes with 3 Alternate heads (From both Hero and Value Stop figures), Long forearm, Chainsaw, Wooden hand, short forearm, power glove, power glove cuff, boomstick and a picture of the delta. Fucking groovy!
"8" Clothed Evil Dead 2 Hero Ash"
A slightly scaled up version of the above "Hero ash", this figure line was meant to resemble the MEGO dolls of the 1970s. The downside to this is the clothing usually made the figure quite bulky and odd looking. Ash came with his shotgun as the accessory.
"8" Clothed Evil Dead 2 Deadite Ash"
As with the Above figure, Its a Clothed upscale of the Neca Deadite Ash in MEGO-esque form. He came with a necronomicon.
McFarlane
Movie Maniacs
"Ash Williams" Series 3
The first Ash action figure from McFarlane. This was more of a statue rather than a figure, due to the very limited articulation. Its not a great likeness of Bruce, but they get points for trying, with a pose based off his Pit duel. The Saw can be replaced with his mechanical hand, he comes with a mini ash(With fork), Necronomicon, his boomstick and a bone-framed poster for behind him. This figure was also available in a 18" version.
"Evil Ash" Series 4
The next year, we got Evil Ash! Again a very static figure, but with great detail. Every piece of is armour is represented, and he comes with two swords and the bone-framed poster as well. The swords and joints on this figure become very brittle, so if you do unbox him, be careful. Again he later became available in a 18" version.
"Ash & Pit Witch 2-Pack" Musicland Exclusive
This is a repackaged Series 3 Ash, with a brand new Pit Witch Exclusive figure. This is meant to replicate the pit duel from Army of Darkness. A really neat 2-Pack, its worth noting that the only accessory this set comes with is Ash's boomstick.
"Ash & Evil Ash 2-Pack" Exclusive
A cool set, but essentially a repackaged 2-pack of Both the Series 3 Ash and Series 4 Evil Ash right down to the accessories, albeit Evil Ash's cape has now been changed from moulded rubber to a fabric cape. Only thing missing was the bone-framed posters.
SideshowToys
12" Army of Darkness Line
"Ash" 2002
This figure was a great release at the time, even with proportion and detail issues. He's kinda bobble-headed, but comes complete in his classic AOD duds. He comes with his mechanical hand, chainsaw, cape, stand, boomstick holster and Boomstick. He can still be found around on eBay for decent prices.
"Evil Ash" 2002
Now this was a fantastic figure. With multiple armour pieces, heavily weathered costume, attached hair and cape with chain detail, sideshow did a great job. The accessories include his bloodstained sword and scabbard and a stand.
"S-Mart Ash" 2002
Now we're getting somewhere. A much more "Bruce" likeness, a great cloth outfit replicating his S-Mart uniform and an excellent rifle, this is a stand out for the time. An Exclusive variant exists with a bonus yellow price tag gun accessory.
"Evil Dead 2 Ash" 2017
What a difference 14 years make. This is still not quite a perfect Bruce portrait but this figure excels in every other way. Incredibly realistic, properly tailored clothing, excellent paint apps and a Saw and boomstick that rival most 1:1 replicas its really worth the price. It's worth noting that the original early 2000's sideshow figures were about 1/10th the cost of this bad boy when they came out. He's light on accessories, with only a few hands and a very nice necronomicon as well as a stand and HENRIETTA'S FREAKING SEVERED HEAD. The shotgun shells in the boomstick are removable and TINY, so thats a neat feature. A Sideshow exclusive was also released with a possessed Ash hand too.
FUNKO
"Army of Darkness Ash" 2014
Just a standard Funko pop. Only Articulation is in the neck.
"Army of Darkness Deadite" 2014
Again, a standard Funko pop. This one based off the Deadite Scout. A Glow-in-the-Dark Chase variant also exists.
"Ash Vs. Evil Dead" 2016
4 Figures were released based off Ash Vs. Evil Dead characters, Ash, Pablo, Kelly and Ruby. These were based off their Season 1 looks, with Ash being a particularly good upgrade over the AOD pop.
"Ash Vs. Evil Dead - Bloody Ash Chase Variant" 2016
A bloody Ash variant was added as an Entertainment Earth exclusive figure, but as with many exclusive pops, these were readily available at retailers outside the US market
"Ash Vs. Evil Dead - Ash Keychain" - Hot Topic Exclusive 2016
A mini keychain version of the AvsED Ash pop. These were exclusively sold through the chain store Hot Topic.
"Horror Classics Blind Box Ash"
A blind box is a style of toy, in which you buy a sealed box, with a random figure inside. There is no way to tell what figure you will get. This sort of thing has also been done previously in the Evil Dead toy history. This is a very cartoony depiction of Ash, just do yourself a favor and buy an opened one on eBay.
Dark Horse
"My Name is Bruce - Bruce Campbell 1/6th Figure"
While not technically an Evil Dead figure..... it IS Bruce and it does come with a miniature Ash doll, infact in the context of the film its actually a mini sideshow Ash doll from further up this list. He comes with a gun with attached price tag, Ash doll, Angel and Devil figures, Lemon drink, Shemps Whiskey and even a tiny copy of "If Chins Could Kill"

Re: The COMPLETE-ish Evil Dead Action Figure List!
Great List! Probably most complete list I've ever seen. You should keep it updated when new ones come out. Thanks for taking the time to do that. Finally someone who has a complete guide to Ash Figures!
