Today there seems to be a level of respect from visitors to leave the chimney intact - which is a good thing.
It's much bigger and much sturdier than it looks in the photos.
Fallen stones are game, but there really are only a few left.
The area is real estate gold so I suspect the property will be sold sooner than later and that will be that..

If possible, I would add "ARMY OF DARKNESS" to the listing title to increase visibility. 

I would bid myself but I plan on a pilgrimage of my own soon enough.

I agree 100% - the names of Bruce Campbell and Sam Raimi too. Unfortunately Ebay doesn't let you change the title after the first bidder and some kid bid 99 cents almost right away. They used to allow a search-able under-title script. Don't know why they changed that...
