your are all thinking right now that however this person is the gayest stupidest person ever, but i love evil dead2. evil dead is stupid is what EVERYONE at my school says to me. so many people call me emo and goth just because i love the evil dead series. i bought an army of darkness binder (at a horror movie convention, where i meat bruce) and some popular girl stepped on it and broke it. it also had a bruce campbell auto graph. i also printed out pictures of evil dead 2 scenes and put them in the other binder. some class clown when through my binder took them out, and then showed the teacher, then i got a detention for inaporpite  pictures. I only have 4 friends and of course i always talk about bruce. today i found out my four friends say bruce is ugly, stupid, gross, fat, and creepy. now i have none. if you have ever been made fun of people tell me. i wound love to hear it.

In highschool, people didn't know how to take me. I kinda fit in a lot of groups, but I didn't really BELONG to any, and for the people who were familiar with Evil Dead, or Army of Darkness, I was either another one of the cool guys, or some fucked up serial killer bastard.

Though that changed. I just broke out of the introspective shell somewhat, and became more familiar with the people around me. I got to know a few people, change their minds, and eventually, once I was generally more well known, if not understood, then most of the childish pranks and teasing faded away.

You just have to ignore the things people say and do, just relax, and be yourself. Who gives a fuck what they think about Bruce, when he ascends, and takes Heaven over, he'll fry their asses in Hell. lmao
All jokes aside, just ignore them, man. The things they do will drive you batshit crazy, but you just have to let it go. If I were you, I would try and forgive my friends, if no one else, for their opinions of Bruce. I mean, sure it sucks they can't see the light, but they were still your friends. It's a helluva lot easier to make it through school with at least a few people by your side, even if you don't all see eye to eye on everything.

Yeah man don't ever let people put you down know your better then them,because if people act like that then they are really freakin childish. What I've learned in my 16 years of being part of this world is that most people have the worst taste in movies, music and other things and most of em never would see movies that great people like us love so don't worry about em ass holes, however i wish i went to school with you so i could personally kick ever one of those bastards asses but don't you o.k. let them take you down just ignore em.

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. Next time someone makes fun of you for any reason (the way you dress or the way you look or the fact that you like Evil Dead) just remember what the legendary Jello Biafra once said "opinions are like assholes everybody has one". The only people that should be worrying is the people that are resorting to name calling and what not because karma has a funny way of coming back on people.

I tend to automatically distrust people who say they actually enjoyed their high school years.

Just be yourself and treat others with respect and eventually you'll have the last laugh.  Not tomorrow, or even next year, but eventually.  A girl that bullied me horrendously at school got humiliated on national TV last year, and I'm still laughing.

But without wanting to sound harsh - if Bruce Campbell is all you talk about, you do need to get a few more hobbies.  Don't stop loving Bruce or ED, but expand your horizons and learn to talk about other things, otherwise even the nicest people will have a hard time relating to you.

that really sucks man, I have never been made fun of because of my taste in movies, actually my home town pretty much Loves BC, I get made fun of because of my weight, and my taste in music (MINISTRY!!!!!)

There were a couple of kids back in middle school who used to call me a fag and queer. Years later in High School, both some how turned out being openly gay. Yes, Karma is a bitch.

And another thing, 6th grade is the least important year you'll ever have in school. Actually, most of middle school is pretty damn unimportant. Eventually you'll mature along with everyone else, and you'll forget all about this.

I have a 13 year old little brother who is in 7th grade though, and he's a little punk right now too. If I could legally punch the living daylights out of him everytime he talked smack or turned on that damn emo music, I would. I would much rather have a sibling at his age who was into Evil Dead. Can't say I didn't try though. Something evil came along and snatched him away and turned him into a brat. But hopefully he'll grow out of it.
