Question about Evil Dead

I am a massive fan of the Evil Dead film (First one) but something has always confused me.

In the cut version of the film, can someone tell me what scene)s) have been taken out from the uncut version?

Well the UK version of Evil Dead was cut by about 1 minute in the 80's scenes included Most of the scenes depicting excessive gore (shiela dismembered, Linda's decapitation and aftermath, Scottys eye gouge etc, and the infamous tree/rape scene recieved the most cuts and in some versions was removed entirely.

Also in some versions the lightening effects were removed.

The version on release by anchorbay is the full uncut version. No other versions exist and the only deleted scenes are Ash breaking the cabin window in anger but this scene has not been included as part of the film in any edition.

Where do I find the anchorbay version.  I am seeing many advertising he uncut version, but not sure if it's by anchorbay.
