Well what can I say, read the final part today and I have to say what a cop out of an ending read on for SPOILERS! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Apparently according to the new ending of the comic the whole series of events in the Evil Dead were just a dream ash had before they got to the cabin.  |

WTF is Linda now a hot piece of totty?  She looks a little young to me for some reason. In a way I'm glad I decided not to pick up these comics now...but If they were available online somewhere to read I might give 'em a shot. |

I guess it makes sense as a set up for an Evil Dead 2 redux. I guess that was a way to keep out the whole debate if Evil Dead 2 was a sequel or remake. Instead of doing the flashback as a sequel or a remake with just Ash and Linda, they made up their own ending. I havn't read any of this series but I don't think that chick looks like Linda from the previous issues, right?

All the characters look different except Ash, they have been updated to modern day dress, except Ash strangely  |

I knew they would do something like this, thats why before anyways Evil Dead was for the video games and Army of Darkness was for the comics and it worked out nicely so they should have never of done this.

Yeah, but it's still a stupid ending - unless it's a setup for the Evil Dead II redux than it kinda works by keeping the sequel/prequel debate out of it. |
