For Sale: original Book of the Dead replica and the works!

i am considering about selling the stuff below:

- Tom Sullivan's original replica prototype (#015) "Necronomicon Ex Mortis" Book of the Dead with certificate of authenticity signed by Tom Sullivan (dated June 3, 2002) also with the custom wooden case made by Tom.
- 2 used green tickets (VIP Admit Two) for Book of the Dead screening at Redford Theater (dated October 15, 1981 at 8pm) given by Scott Speigel.
- 2 unused red tickets ($3.00 admission #0396 & #0399) for Book of the Dead screening at Redford Theater given by Scott Speigel.
- 2 bricks from the original cabin's chimney where it was filmed in Morristown, Tennessee.
- dirt, leaves and twigs taken from the ground (near the front entrance of the cabin which it doesn't exist anymore) in Morristown, Tennessee and placed inside the jar as a souvenir.

all of the items needs to be sold together... for serious inquiries only... photos upon request. i'm asking in here first to praise the Evil Dead fans first before i place them in eBay in the future.
