Hi people!

Can anyone help? In ED1 they sing a song on the way to the cabin.

"I sent you 20 letters from Paris last year
You been gone six months and I got the fear
After all the songs that we sung together,
After all the....

If I knew where you were than I would surely inform you..."

Is this a real song? Does anyone know if it's out there or what the lyrics are?

The song was also sung by Sam Raimi in the film Intruder as he chopped meat.

Help?

Not sure if you're the person who asked that same question on the IMDB forums? Anyway I had
a look when I saw that thread a while back.

In the original script the song sung was listed as a 'Baby Moses and the Thrillers' track although
the script only lists a couple of the words. I googled their name but didn't turn anything up. After
listening to the movie I think the lyrics you have are more or less right, but heres my best guess:

"I sent you 20 letters from Paris last year,
Well you've been gone six months and I got the fear
After all the songs that we sung together,
After all the sweet...stormy...

...If I knew where you were than I would surely
inform you that...

...every night won't you sleep kinda...

Tried googling some of the lyrics but again came up with nothing, could have been Raimi just
made it up to avoid any copyright issues.

Raimi used to be in a band at college. Those are the lyrics to one of their songs but I can't remember what the band was called sorry.

Was that from memory? I wrote mine from memory and find it bizarre how much it sticks in your head. I've just been singing the damn song to myself on the bus home.

Thanks for the info.
