That's a bummer.  I still have yet to pick up these comics. The art looks fantastic. Is it still worth?

I think comic art has gone way done the last ten years,and hopefully they'll make a good one next time.

the last thing i read was one or two of the issues of FvJvA... I picked up one of the AoD series a couple years back, but when everything was sent into overload I stopped paying attention.  There's trying to do a story justice, and then there's cashing in (Anchor Bay, anyone?).  You can say "thank god its a comic" all you want, but you know at least one kid out there just got totally mind-screwed by the thing.

And at the very least, we can say that the "oh, it was a dream" ending is one of the easiest ways to piss off horror fans.  Ever.

All the characters look different except Ash, they have been updated to modern day dress, except Ash strangely

they should of had him wear modern clothes then have a deadite shoot green crap all over him. then he coulda found the
'ash gear' in the cabin somewhere.
