I think there might be a rights issue because the first two movies are in the musical (with dialogue from 3) so who knows?

With the musical doing so well in the US it shouldn't be long before
productions start in other parts of the world.

As much as I believe that EVERYONE should see this show(fan of the movies or not) its hard for the people with the money to justify sending such a production across an ocean.

I would say if you can prove theres at least some demand for the show then they might consider it, so I would say email the producers(should be on www.evildeadthemusical.com) and hope that they will take a chance on touring the show eventually.

As for a DVD, Ive talked to the writer of the show and he has told me that the DVD thing MIGHT take place eventually, but right now its not something that was stated in the contract, with Sam Raimi for the rights.

Id love to see a DVD too, but Id figure we are still at least a few years off that.

George Reinblatt(writer) just announced that the show will open in Korea on the 18th of March,

It would be cool to see but I would imagine english would be preferably to see it in first Cheesy

I do know touring the show was something that was talked about just before this run.

But the probelm is finding a venue that will allow the splatterzone, and being able to take the set and find a touring cast, again not impossible, but still demands a big chunk of work.

Im hoping that it does get toured, but I would imagine it ll tour the US first. and then maybe Europe.
