Toothache Problems? D:

Ok I've had the most horrendous Toothache for about two days now. The annoying thing is I'm not registered with a local dentist because the one I was set up with originally has now shut down whilst I was living away from my parents and now I live back here again...I'm like damn.

So until I get myself sorted with another dentist that I feel I can trust ( I get the feeling I might need a filling.) Does anyone know of any good home remedies/painkillers they can suggest to me to keep my teeth from hurting? I did the whole salt water thing last night and I have to admit that's helped a little the pain isn't as bad as before, I tend to find it's been hurting less when I suck on some sort of Ice cube or a Ice Lolly.

Well I had some pains back in January from a wisdom tooth pushing into another tooth. Ibuprofen(spelling??!?hehe) did enough to get me by for a week or so.

Yeah right now I can't eat or drink anything cold on one side of my mouth it hurts like hell.
