Anyone else see this shit-fest?
I thought it was crap. It had pretty good reviews from reputable horror sites but fell well short of my very low expectations.
It's cool to see a truly independent/looow budget($30,000) horror movie get some attention but it was pretty bad.
I watched the "making of" and one of the filmmakers was talking about how there's a lot of pointless dialogue in independent movies and that they had avoided all that. Nothing could be further from the truth. It was very poorly written.
They said they set out to make a "balls to the wall" zombie movie but fell way short imo.
I'm going to go to film school next year. Either The San Fransisco School of Digital Filmmaking, Full Sail or Tom Savini's Digital Film School and one of the major reasons is I know I can write/direct a better movie than this.
Did anyone like it?
