In July 2000 Bill Warren’s Evil Dead Companion was published documenting not only the trilogy, but the early work of Raimi/Campbell (and associates) aswell as discussing the impact of the films since their original releases.

Any self-respecting ED fan should have this book! Although now the section looking at the then upcoming game Hail to the King is outdated, the early chapters looking at how Raimi and Campbell came to make movies together, is excellent. The book contains a full list of all the early 8mm movies made and how each party was involved.

In depth information makes this a must for all fans.. if you don’t own it then… why??
